accurate sonic 1/cd sprites

This mod replaces the looks of Sonic to match how he looked in Sonic 1 and Sonic CD. All sprites are replaced with new sprites by me to cover Sonic 3 exclusive sprites (except in the case of the "Sonic 3 Complete" option, those are made by the S3C team). There are various sprite and palette options available to choose from, so check out the options menu!
