This simple script/sprite mod changes the beginning logo screens to recreate what was seen in the original 1996 PC port and the Sonic Gems Collection rerelease; i.e. Sega logo without sound, no Christian Whitehead logo, copyright text on the title screen, "START GAME" instead of "PRESS START" (applies to all languages, though not translated), and Sonic's sprite being changed. The "CW" download is a version that keeps the Sega logo sound intact and includes a new CW logo screen that uses the sprite from Sonic Mania while also changing the copyright date to 2011.
